SHIPTON – MANOR HOUSE RESTORATION
PROJECT OVERVIEW
The Shipton Manor House Restoration is a sensitive and scholarly restoration of a historic Grade II listed manor located in the heart of the Cotswolds.
Set within mature landscaped grounds, the project seeks to preserve the architectural legacy of the property while subtly upgrading it for modern family life. Every detail reflects a deep respect for traditional craftsmanship, regional materials, and the timeless character of rural English heritage.
Dating back to the 17th century with later Georgian additions, Shipton Manor is an exceptional example of Cotswold vernacular architecture. The building’s honey-coloured limestone walls, stone mullion windows, and sweeping slate rooflines have been painstakingly preserved and enhanced in accordance with conservation best practices.
