Historic Listed
Manor Renovation
PROJECT OVERVIEW
This historic country residence is a Grade II* listed property dating back to the 16th century, with much of its structure completed in the mid-17th century. Traditional features include mullioned windows, Tudor fireplaces, carved staircases, and a distinctive two-storey porch.
In recent years, the manor has undergone extensive restoration with JM Weston Construction under strict listed-building regulations. Works included a full re-roofing, new windows, complete internal refit, polished-concrete swimming pool, redesigned staircase, new kitchens and bathrooms, upgraded M&E systems, and the renovation of cottages within the grounds. These improvements sensitively blend modern comfort with historic character.

“Their team brought our 18th-century listed home back to life with incredible sensitivity and craftsmanship. They respected every historical detail while modernising the space in a way that felt both natural and elegant. We couldn’t be happier with the results.”
